We had an incredible 3 days in Chicago and we owe it large part to Chicago Baby Gear Rental! We were in a bind and needed a double stroller pretty quickly…they came through with a double jogging stroller cheaper than other sites and got it to us downtown within 4 hours of our request. On top of the quick turnaround, there was constant communication to make sure everything was going well and to check on how our stay was going. Incredible service and great product. This is the second time I’ve booked with Fatima and we’ve had great experiences both times. She is so flexible and quick to respond with any questions. Fatima makes the drop off and pick up so seamless. She even threw in a toy package we didn’t reserve which was a hit with my two boys!!
